    The Opportunity

    Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the National Sales Coordinator will be the organizational core of the National Sales Team. Ensuring efficiencies, collaboration, implementation of sales tools, deployment of marketing material and the planning of sales meetings. This is an opportunity to help build an industry leading sales force and support the company through the process of existing prohibition. Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity.

    Responsibilities
    The Sales Administrator will be responsible for cohesive communication across the National sales team.
    Ensure orders from key account and liquor boards are received and processed within the appropriate time frame.
    Will keep a high-level overview of all the provinces product supply within the distribution warehouses.
    House all the national sales data and make sure it is accessible to the sales team members.
    Ensure all relevant marketing material is created, printed and shipped within a timely manner.
    Manage the teams group calendar for conference calls, co-travel dates, provincial meetings, national meetings.
    Receive in bound leads and delegate to the appropriate team member.
    Help coordinate logistics for events, tradeshows and sponsor ship programs.
    Collaborate with the Provincial Managers in planning sales activities and executions.
    Other duties as assigned
    Experience and Background
    Proven track record supporting a team in achieving sales quotes and in-store condition KPI’s.
    Previous experience communicating with key account contacts and crown corporations
    Previous experience using and adjusting a sales focused CRM.
    Previous experience in order taking and overview of inventory management.
    Previous success supporting a sales team, keeping all members organized and up to date on sales tools.
    A technologically savvy individual who is comfortable working in a data driven environment.
    Experience in Beverage Alcohol or relatable industries an asset.
    5+ years’ experience in Sales Administration,
    Office Management, Team Lead, Sales Collaborator.
    Proven track record of working remotely and independently

    This is a full-time position based out of Toronto or Smiths Falls.
