    At GrowWise Health, we provide patients and healthcare providers with personalized education to make informed choices about medical cannabis treatments.The Operations Coordinator will work with the VP Operations to support the daily activities of a rapidly scaling organization. They will work closely with senior management to help improve the operations systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission – specifically support with better management reporting, information flow and management, and organizational planning.

    This role will be responsible for coordinating with relevant divisional leads to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization, problem solving and identifying opportunities for improvement within our operations, and supporting the senior management team with other tasks as needed.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Operations

    Oversee the collection of clean and timely data from various divisions to support with regular reporting requirements.
    Advising senior management on opportunities for systems and operational improvements with concrete and pragmatic solutions.
    Support with operational growth as the organization scales by pre-emptively identifying challenges and working with relevant divisional leads to find solutions.
    Other Duties

    From time to time, attend events and conferences, and act as an ambassador of the GrowWise Health brand.
    Engage in professional development initiatives to stay up-to-date on relevant medical knowledge.
    From time to time, travel to satellite offices to oversee and assist with operational improvements and concerns.
    Qualifications

    Academic/Educational Requirements:

    Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in related field.
    Required Skills/Experience:

    2-3 years of supervisory experience or educational equivalent.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate. requirements and provide direction to others in a manner that can be easily understood.
    Excellent organization skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    Analytical thinker with excellent root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
    Act in a professional manner at all times.
    Excellent inter-personal and relationship management skills
    Collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment
    Flexible.
    Previous experience in the medical and/or health services field an asset.
    Knowledge:

    Microsoft Office Suite
    CRM or EMR experience desirable
